User Guide

How to use the editor

A full guide to every feature in the Stamp Album Page Creator.

This tool lets you design stamp album pages by placing stamp holders (squares) and text labels on a canvas, then exporting everything to a PDF. Below is a full guide to every feature.

đŸ–ŧī¸ The Canvas

The large white area below the toolbars is your page canvas. It shows a light grey 2mm grid to help you align elements. The canvas represents one full page of your album at a time.

âŦ› Adding Stamp Holders (Squares)

Stamp holders are rectangles that represent where a stamp will sit on the page.

âš ī¸ You must move or delete the last placed square before you can add a new one. This prevents accidentally stacking elements on top of each other.

🔤 Adding Text

You can add text labels anywhere on the page — for titles, country names, descriptions, etc.

âš ī¸ Same rule as squares: move or delete the last added text before adding another.

đŸ–ąī¸ Moving & Deleting Elements

Action How
Move an elementClick and drag it to a new position. It snaps to the 2mm grid.
Delete an elementRight-click on it — a confirmation popup will appear. Confirm to delete.
Move a groupDraw a selection box first (see below), then drag any selected shape to move them all.
Remove stamp imageRight-click a square that has an image — choose OK to remove only the image, or cancel and confirm to delete the whole square.
💡 On a touch screen, press and hold to start dragging.

🔲 Selecting Multiple Elements

You can select and move multiple elements together — for example a stamp holder and its label.

💡 The selection clears automatically when you switch to a different page or clear the canvas.

đŸ–ŧī¸ Adding Stamp Images

You can fill any stamp holder with an actual stamp image to preview how your page will look when filled.

💡 It is up to you to set the square to the correct mm size matching your stamp. The image will always stretch to fill whatever size you set.

↊ī¸ Undo & Redo

Made a mistake? Use the undo and redo buttons in the third toolbar.

âš ī¸ Undo history is lost when you close or reload the page.

📄 Managing Pages

Your album can have multiple pages. Use the page controls in the third toolbar.

Button What it does
➕ Add PageAdds a new blank page after the last one and switches to it.
âŦ…ī¸ Previous PageGoes to the page before the current one.
➥ī¸ Next PageGoes to the page after the current one.
đŸ—‘ī¸ Delete PageDeletes the current page after confirmation. The last remaining page cannot be deleted.
Page indicatorShows which page you are currently editing (e.g. "Page 2").
💡 Switching pages resets the "move first" restriction, so you can immediately place elements on a new page.

Choose a decorative border for your pages from the Border Style dropdown:

The border updates on the canvas immediately when you change the selection. It also appears in the exported PDF.
