This tool lets you design stamp album pages by placing stamp holders (squares) and text labels on a canvas, then exporting everything to a PDF. Below is a full guide to every feature.
đŧī¸ The Canvas
The large white area below the toolbars is your page canvas. It shows a light grey 2mm grid to help you align elements. The canvas represents one full page of your album at a time.
- The canvas size matches the paper format you select from the format dropdown.
- All elements snap to the 2mm grid automatically when placed or moved.
- The grid is only a visual guide â you can choose whether it appears in the exported PDF.
âŦ Adding Stamp Holders (Squares)
Stamp holders are rectangles that represent where a stamp will sit on the page.
- H Set the height of the square in millimetres (10â200 mm).
- W Set the width of the square in millimetres (10â200 mm).
- Use the colour picker to choose the border colour of the square.
- Click Add Square to place it on the canvas.
- The square appears in the top-left area of the canvas. Drag it to the position you want.
đ¤ Adding Text
You can add text labels anywhere on the page â for titles, country names, descriptions, etc.
- Type your text in the Enter Text field.
- Choose a font from the dropdown (Arial, Times New Roman, Georgia, and more).
- Set a font size (10â100).
- Use the colour picker to set the text colour.
- Click Add Text to place it on the canvas, then drag it into position.
đąī¸ Moving & Deleting Elements
| Action | How |
|---|---|
| Move an element | Click and drag it to a new position. It snaps to the 2mm grid. |
| Delete an element | Right-click on it â a confirmation popup will appear. Confirm to delete. |
| Move a group | Draw a selection box first (see below), then drag any selected shape to move them all. |
| Remove stamp image | Right-click a square that has an image â choose OK to remove only the image, or cancel and confirm to delete the whole square. |
đ˛ Selecting Multiple Elements
You can select and move multiple elements together â for example a stamp holder and its label.
- Click and drag on an empty part of the canvas to draw a selection rectangle (shown as a blue dashed box).
- All elements fully inside the rectangle are selected and highlighted with a blue dashed outline.
- Click and drag any selected element to move the whole group together. All shapes snap to the 2mm grid.
- Click on an empty part of the canvas to deselect all elements.
- Clicking a single shape that is not part of a selection moves just that one shape as normal.
đŧī¸ Adding Stamp Images
You can fill any stamp holder with an actual stamp image to preview how your page will look when filled.
- Desktop: double-click any square to open a file picker and load an image into it.
- Mobile / tablet: press and hold a square for about half a second to open the file picker.
- The image is scaled to fill the square completely.
- The stamp border is drawn on top of the image.
- Images are included in the PDF export and saved in your
.mypagefile. - To remove a stamp image, right-click the square and click OK when asked to remove the image. The square stays on the page.
- To delete the whole square including its image, right-click, click Cancel on the image prompt, then confirm deletion.
âŠī¸ Undo & Redo
Made a mistake? Use the undo and redo buttons in the third toolbar.
- âĒ Undo â steps back through your changes (adding, moving, deleting elements, clearing the canvas).
- ⊠Redo â steps forward again if you undid too much.
đ Managing Pages
Your album can have multiple pages. Use the page controls in the third toolbar.
